GETTING YOUR ORDER
We will begin work on your items as soon as we receive your order. For larger or customized orders, please allow more time for your items to be crafted. We typically have your order ready within 10 to 15 days depending on the item and how many other orders we are currently working on.
You will receive an email when your item is shipped with a Canada Post tracking number.
Please make sure that your address has been entered correctly at checkout, as that is where we will be sending your order. If you notice an error in your address before we ship your item, please let us know by using the "Get in touch" link at the bottom of this page and we will update your shipping address.
RUSH SHIPPING
If you need an item before a certain date, please let us know by using the "Get in touch" link at the bottom of this page and we will respond within 24 hours whether or not we can meet your timeline.
Please note, there may be a higher fee for rushed orders. We will give you a price estimate prior to you placing an order if that is the case.
LOCAL PICK UP
(TRAIL, BC)
Select "Local Delivery/Pickup - Trail, BC" for your delivery method if you would like to pick up your order in or around Trail, British Columbia.
We will contact you by phone or email to arrange pick up details after your order has been crafted.
If you do not pick up your order within 60 days of it being ready, your item will no longer be available to you and there will be no refunds. If you decide you would like it shipped to you during that 60 day period, please let us know by using the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and we will invoice you via email for the shipping costs.
CASTLEGAR MARKET
(SATURDAY MORNINGS)
Select "Castlegar Craft and Farmers Market at the Station Museum" for your delivery method if you would like to pick up your order from our table at the Castlegar Craft and Farmers Market at the Station Museum every other Saturday between 9am and 1pm in Castlegar, British Columbia.
We will contact you by phone or email to arrange pick up details after your order has been crafted.

WESTERN CANADA (XPRESSPOST)
We ship your purchase via Canada Post Xpresspost and will provide a Canada Post tracking number when your item has been shipped.
Please note, Western Canada includes the following provinces:
British Columbia
Alberta
Saskatchewan
Manitoba
OTHER CANADA DESTINATIONS (XPRESSPOST)
As we ship your purchase via Canada Post Xpresspost there is a slight bump in the shipping costs when we shift from a regional to a national package. We do provide a Canada Post tracking number when your item has been shipped.
